Changes

• Mostly bug fixes.
• Some preparation for glTF materials, which are not live yet.
• You don't see your own avatar's cube in front of you any more. The viewpoint is near the top of your avatar.

This version supprorts log in, move, view, and local chat within a single region. Avatars are drawn as blocks.

This test release is being made available to a few volunteers for initial testing. Please do not re-distribute. Use a low-value alt account when testing.
